Premier brand new build riverfront penthouse condo on the Guadalupe River near historic Gruene. It's the best of both worlds, offering easy walking access to one of the most picturesque historic districts in all of Texas Hill Country.

This two-story condo sits across the Guadalupe River from the heart of small-town Gruene, less than a half-mile stroll from Gruene Hall (the oldest dance hall in Texas), the 1920s Gruene General Store, river outfitters, and atmospheric shops and restaurants. It's a place to spend your days antiquing, wine-tasting, and fly fishing on the river, not to mention taking in some of the best live music in Texas. The condo is on the 3rd floor. This complex does have an elevator. The property is nearby San Antonio, San Marcos, Austin, Fredericksburg, Blanco and is the perfect home-base for a week-long getaway!

Begin each morning with coffee on the balcony, an alfresco breakfast prepared in a spacious kitchen and served on the main-level deck, and a gorgeous view looking out across live oaks. After a day of exploring, you can take in the same view from a centrally air-conditioned living space that's polished from top to bottom. The centerpiece is an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, modern backsplash, and chic countertops with bar seating. Sit down for family dinners at the dining room table, and pile on the sectional for games and movies on the smart TV afterward. The owner has provided a Pack 'N Play for convenience.

Daytime fun - Enjoy your time with family and friends with a community picnic area equipped with BBQ grills and a scenic view of the Guadalupe River with direct river access. Rockin R River Rides is right across the street for tubing rentals on the Guadalupe River!

In the evenings, you'll find the primary suite - with its own balcony, smart TV, walk-in closet, and bathroom - and two guest rooms upstairs. There is a second primary suite with a smart TV on the main floor. Perfect for a multi-family vacation!

4 reserved parking spaces on property. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 11 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. 4 vehicles allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor area of this complex is monitored by video camera. This rental includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
