Beautiful, unique 4-bedroom 3.5 bath in a quiet residential neighborhood on Lake Dunlap. Direct and exclusive access to the widest section of the lake. Wonderful patio and covered deck area are perfect for relaxing and offer unmatched water views to enjoy by the propane fire pit. A great place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or your morning coffee. A gas grill and plenty of outdoor seating are also provided. The unique layout and spacious rooms are ideal for family vacations. Just minutes from New Braunfels Downtown area, Gruene & Schlitterbahn. Spend the day on the lake and use the 2 kayaks provided for your enjoyment. Or play cornhole or ladder ball while enjoying the fabulous lake view. Fenced in yard for your fur friends! 2 dogs under 40 lbs. allowed. $25 per day per pet.

The open concept kitchen and oversized doors and windows allow guests unobstructed views of Lake Dunlap. Unwind in the comfortable living room with Wi-Fi, large flat screen Smart TV and lots of seating areas with games for those family nights or rainy days. Fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home. Take advantage of the stove top range that opens to the bar top dining area and views of the lake. The dining room, just off the full-size kitchen, can seat 6 guests for a fun morning brunch or an intimate evening dinner.

The master bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and en suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and walk in shower. The master has French doors that open to the porch and lake views. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with an en suite full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. The guest bathroom is conveniently located off the kitchen/living area with a walk-in shower. The upstairs loft has 2 queen beds, Smart TV, doors opening to a small patio overlooking the lake, and a half bath. All bedrooms have Smart TVs. Washer and dryer available. This property has room to park 4-6 vehicles in the driveway depending on size. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property.

This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. The house is on the water and has regular pest service, but an occasional bug may be spotted. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1,500.

    We enjoyed the home and stay. The one bathroom for bedroom up front was awkwardly placed away from the room right next to another room but other than that everything was great. It was well equipped and the lake itself is really nice. Loved the patios and great furnishings for party of 10. The courtyard convenient for the pups. I would recommend that they add a separate ice maker to keep up with demand as the one on the fridge was crazy slow. We did wash clothes and the set worked well. I used my own detergent so unsure there. We used a puzzle and that was nice touch.

    My family absolutely loved our stay here. The house was just right for our needs. We loved they had board games and kayaks. The master suite doesn't get as cool as the rest of the home, but they did provide a portable/ oscillating fan. The third bed/bath picture was misleading- they aren't actually together- but we made it work for us. The loft having a half bath was super convenient for all the kiddos. The open living area was enough to not be under each others feet!

    We were very thankful the rain held off for our stay so we
    were able to enjoy floating in front of the house. The location is great! Once you make your way down the steps into the yard you are like 25 ft from the water. Having a relaxing time is easy with such a nice
