This ground floor condo is located at the Riverside Condos is on the Guadalupe River and only moments from downtown New Braunfels, the Comal River and Schlitterbahn!!
This spacious ground floor 2-bedroom 2 bathroom condo can accommodate 6 guests and has all the comforts of home. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and a breakfast bar with 5 barstools. The dining table has seating for 4. Washer and Dryer for convenience. Just 1/2 mile up river, the Comal River converges with the Guadalupe River. River outfitters are numerous and will rent tubes or rafts and shuttle you back to your car.
The master bedroom has a king bed with en suite bathroom and access to the patio. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Guest bathroom convenient to guest bedroom and living area. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. The living room has a sofa sleeper. Kick back with a glass of wine on the patio to relax and unwind after a day on the river. This complex has a pool, community charcoal grills and a deck overlooking the Guadalupe River. This condo does not have direct river access for tubing. There is a spiral staircase from the deck behind the pool to the river’s edge. They are adding a 2nd access to the river, but it is not complete yet.

Just a short drive to the Comal River! Rockin R tube rental company is less than 1 1/2 away!! Landa Park has a public golf course, a miniature golf course, paddle boats, a miniature train, large spring-fed swimming pool, and plenty of picnic areas. Schlitterbahn Water Park is also very close and allows visitors to park free and bring in their own coolers. Close to downtown New Braunfels, and the town of Gruene is a ten minute drive. San Marcos, a twenty minute drive, has two large outlet malls. Austin is a 45 minute drive, and San Antonio is a twenty minute drive.
Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. No Pets Allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

  Everything was absolutely perfect! Only thing o wouid recommend is cleaning up down by the river a bit better. The reason we came was to play in the water but it was so overgrown we couldn’t really, we all ended up with poison Ivy and the landscapers steep on the right side. We couldn’t get access to the spiral stair case so over on the other side where we were wouid have been nice to have some kind off steps built and a deck would have made this stay a 10 out of 10! The condo itself was perfect, had everything we could have needed . Very quiet not crowded at all , very close to town but tucked back away in the perfect spot! Will be coming again! Oh and the customer service was easy and good and the contactless check in and out process was smooth and easy to understand!

  Husband and I stayed in this nice 2 BR condo for 6 nights in early October. Everything was very nice, clean, and updated. We did have a problem getting internet, but management responded quickly and had it fixed.
