The Property

Welcome to your luxurious riverfront escape on the famous Guadalupe River “Horseshoe Loop.” This completely renovated 7-bedroom, 6-bathroom home redefines Hill Country living — designed as a gathering place for family vacations, reunions, corporate retreats, and special celebrations.

With private river access, multiple decks overlooking the water, and the incredible “Watering Hole” outdoor bar, this home offers the ultimate mix of comfort, style, and fun — all just minutes from the Whitewater Amphitheater, ranked one of the top 4 outdoor music venues in the world.

Bring your inner chef — the kitchen is a culinary dream! Equipped with two full-size stainless steel refrigerators, a gourmet oven, large-capacity dishwasher, and all the tools needed to cook for a crowd.

Enjoy meals together at two custom-built dining tables or at the indoor bar adjacent to the open living room. A full bathroom and laundry area with stackable washer/dryer are conveniently located near the kitchen.

Up to 2 dogs under 40 lbs are welcome for an additional $25 per day per dog.

Electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in

Parking for 6–7 vehicles (no RVs, campers, or trailers)
Outdoor areas are monitored by video cameras for safety and permit compliance
Includes accidental damage protection up to $3,000

We were delighted to find the tubes and made good use of them. Two refrigerators is a terrific idea; the whole kitchen was beautifully functional. And we appreciated all the bathrooms!   My family and I decided to start a new tradition and rent a nearby waterfront property to bring in the new year. This was a great choice! The property has been renovated and it shows! The amount of rooms and bathrooms is exceptional, plus there are two sections of the home w/a bit of added privacy. The access to the water is well protected with a gate which made it safe since we brought our three toddler aged grandchildren. The property is also pet friendly, and has plenty of space to cook for large families with double fridges!

  We rented this property to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We invited 5 other couples (no kids) and absolutely loved the space. We honestly booked in BIG part due to the TWO large tables in the kitchen area where we could set up multiple board games.
  
  The space was clean and spacious AND we loved how there were separate wings for the bedrooms. The river and area was beautiful, but only a couple of people dove in for a "cold plunge" as it was certainly too cold to swim in. Nonetheless, the outdoor area was lovely.
  
  We enjoyed being close enough to town to order good food, but far enough away to feel like we were actually retreating a bit.
  
  If we could get a group together again like that, we'd definitely go back.
  
  While we didn't have kids, a lot of the rooms have bunk beds and could have accommodated them nicely.
