Fully furnished with all the comforts of home and a huge fenced in back yard. Plenty of room for everyone whether watching TV, eating, cooking, playing games, or just hanging out. The master boasts a king bed and 2 twin beds with an en suite private full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen and Full Bed. 3rd Bedroom has 2 Full size beds. The guest bath is right across the hall from the guest bedrooms and convenient to the living room and kitchen. Washer and dryer just down the hall so you can pack light. Catch an amazing sunset from the back yard while relaxing at the outdoor picnic table, grill up some steaks on the charcoal grill while the kids play on the Hammock swing and watch the firefly’s dance.

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests. This home has room for 4-5 vehicles no campers, RV's or trailers allowed. The Garage is not accessible to guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500. You are allowed to bring 2 dogs under 40 lbs at a rate of $25 per day per dog, 2 max.
