Welcome to luxury with a view!! Quiet residential neighborhood, no parties allowed, no smoking, no pets. This is for the upscale client looking to relax and unwind. Only 1 ½ miles to boat launch #5. Spend the day on the water and evenings on the top deck, soaking in the views of Canyon Lake and let your cares melt away!
Enter the foyer on the ground level and to your left is the 3rd bedroom with a queen over queen loft style bunk with Smart TV. Guest bathroom is convenient to this 1st floor bedroom with a shower/tub combo. Washer and dryer on the first floor as well.
On the second floor you will find a coffee bar, sink and mini fridge. Master bedroom boasts a king bed with a smart TV and private bathroom with deep soaking tub. The 2nd bedroom is also on the 2nd floor and has a queen bed, smart Tv and private bathroom with walk in shower. Both bedrooms have access to a lovely, covered deck with comfy seating and amazing views.
On the 3rd floor you will find the open living room/dining and kitchen. Big windows let in lots of natural light. Fully equipped kitchen with both standard drip and Keurig coffee maker, all the comforts of home. Dining table has 2 bench seats and 2 end chairs. 3 barstools at the kitchen island. Gather in the living room and relax on the comfy sofa. Smart Tv and Wi-Fi. There is a half bath on the 3rd floor as well as a covered porch with a propane grill with convenient proximity to the kitchen. Step out onto the front covered deck and soak in the views of Canyon Lake. This house does not disappoint. All that is missing is you!!
With boat ramp 5 only 1 ½ mile away, it's easy to get the jet skis and boat out on the water for an afternoon of fun and relaxation with your family and friends. After your day on the water come home to spend the evening entertaining on the spacious decks. Take your morning coffee on the deck and watch the neighborhood wildlife - deer, birds, and foxes, visiting the feeders or looking for handouts.

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. NO PARTIES NO SMOKING NO PETS. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
This is the perfect vacation home! Great for family get-togethers in a residential neighborhood with quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 am. Parking for 5 vehicles. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.

    From the moment we entered the property, we were in LOVE!!! The cleanliness, decor, views, and location exceeded ALL of our expectations!!!! The photos online truly don’t do the home justice which should tell you something because of the great quality photos. Not only were we pleased with the aesthetics of this rental, we were also very happy with the communication with the rental company. They were quick and thorough in their responses and understanding if I missed a call and didn’t get back to them right away. We will definitely be booking again!

    The house is in a quiet area, with breathtaking views from the third floor. Kitchen is on the third floor so yes you have to walk up many stairs but for the views it’s worth it. Close to tubing and deers are feeding in morning bd evening right outside. Comfy beds and new interior. Would have been nice if kitchen had some salt pepper and oil and coffee but it was stated in the listing that there would be none. Just much easier when provided. Also would be nice if garage opened for storing belongings from the car.
