Escape the noisy city at this peaceful hilltop house in the country and yet still close to all that New Braunfels has to offer! This house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath that sleeps six. You are welcome to bring an air mattress to sleep 2 additional guests. The covered front porch is great for sipping your morning coffee while you take in the beauty of songbirds and deer. The living room has plenty of seating, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Sliding glass doors leading to the back deck. Dining table seats 6 and opens to the fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home. Off the kitchen is a washer and dryer for convenience and a door leading to the back coved deck. Propane grill, and bar height table seating 4. Great sunsets views of Sattler.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet and full private bath walk in shower. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. 3rd bedroom has a twin trundle bed and Smart TV. Bring an air mattress or tent for the little ones and this house can accommodate 8 guests.
Only 3 miles from restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store. 13 miles to Schlitterbahn. 14 miles to historic Gruene and the infamous Gruene Hall, 20 miles to charming downtown New Braunfels and the Comal River. Canyon Lake Dam is 7 miles away.
