On an acre of land this 1 bedroom 1 bathroom home with sun porch can accommodate 4 guests and has all the comforts of home. The living room has a twin fold out for a child, we would allow a 5th guest to sleep on this twin sleeper. The master bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Off the master is a sunporch with a futon and smart TV. The sunporch has its own outdoor entry and access to the back porch. The cozy kitchen has basic cookware and comes with two rolls of paper towels, 2 trash bags, small dish soap, and a sponge. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and comes stocked with hotel sized amenities. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. Carport, picnic tables, charcoal grill and fire pit to roast Smores.
