French doors that lead to a flagstone sitting area under a beautiful pergola, and towering shade trees. Propane Grill in the back yard, tank provided. If tank is empty, you can exchange it at your expense at the convenience store. Owner has provided 6 tubes for your use.

Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Parking for up to 2 vehicles. This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. This property includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.
