River Zen at Camp Warnecke Estates has 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths located on the banks of the beautiful Comal River; across the street from Schlitterbahn; an easy walk to the downtown shops, bars and restaurants. The perfect location for your family vacation. This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bath condo has been recently updated and redecorated including premium luxury mattresses, granite counter tops in kitchen and baths and appliances. It overlooks the crystal clear Comal River from its two balconies high up in the treetops. Enjoy Schlitterbahn located just across the street, float the Comal River and get out at your own backdoor steps or walk up to the Garden St. Bridge for a soothing 30 minutes of “Cruising down the River” – perfect for the little ones. Rockin' R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up in the parking lot next to Camp Warnecke between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that time period, the Rockin' R shop is located only a half mile away.

The kitchen which opens into the dining and living area is fully equipped. The dining table seats 8 and there is room for 2 at the breakfast bar. There is a full sized washer and dryer, should you need them. The living room has 2 sofas, one is a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for gathering together to play games or for watching cable TV. There is also a half bath on this level. The porch overlooking the Comal has comfortable seating to relax after a long day on the river.
Upstairs is a large master bedroom with vaulted ceiling and private master bath with a tub and walk in shower. Keurig coffee maker in the master to enjoy a cup on the balcony overlooking the river before heading down stairs. The second bedroom has 2 full beds and its own bathroom. All linens are furnished.

There are 2 parking passes provided with one guaranteed numbered spot. The second parking pass is for general parking and is 'first come first served.' This condo is on the second floor and does not have an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. Guests will be provided with 8 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** This property has wristbands that need to be returned to our office location upon departure. These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!

WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - if you are interested in renting monthly in the winter months, please contact New Braunfels Escapes for pricing details. This property is $1900 per month. One small dog considered for Winter Monthly Rentals only.

    Great location on the Comal River with a wonderful view of the paddlers and floaters. Very nice condo with excellent amenities. Within easy walking distance from downtown New Braunfels, Prince Solms park, Hinman Island park, the toob chute, and the Wurstfest grounds. The staff at New Braunfels Escapes are extremely friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for better. We've stayed with them for either four or five months the last four years and we've already booked a five month stay

    The condo itself was absolutely amazing. Beautifully updated and provided everything needed, even a great selection of games for our family. The riverfront is the highlight of the stay of course. Able to walk upstream and float down repeatedly to the property take out point. We say deer and other wildlife right on the property. The view from the decks was amazing!! This place was worth the money!! The only recommendation I have is for the property company itself, please provide outdoor garbage cans near the river and public areas. My son kept picking up trash other rude people left outside by the river and there was no place to put it. He piled it up and we brought on our garbage bags down from our condo to pick up other peoples trash.

    This condo was absolutely the best to stay at for a whole month. It had everything you needed & more...very well stocked, clean, & up-to-date. I even brought items out of my own kitchen with me & upon arrival I noticed they were stocked with these same items. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels, blankets, & pillows. It was in a great location in town & overlooking the Comal River & close enough that we walked to the restaurants, coffee shops, bakery, & other great shops every day. The best part was that this condo was only one mile from our grandchildren whom we saw nearly every day & even had my siblings gathering who came in from HOU & PHX to enjoy New Braunfels for a few days. In the evenings, we enjoyed the serene setting out on the balcony watching all the wildlife. We would definitely rent this place again & New Braunfels Escapes management were friendly & were great to work with & on top of things if anything was needed.

    We were happy to find that the rental, C-207, was described and protrayed very accurately by New Braunfels Escapes and we were not at all disappointed with this rental.
    The condo overlooks the Comal river and has a convenient river access for residents. The river is quite a treat with crystal clear water that stays about 72 degrees year round because it's a spring fed stream. The winter conditions were ideal for enjoying the river either floating or paddling.
    The condo is within walking distance of downtown New Braunfels, several river parks, Landa Park and Wurstfest, the civic center, and the restaurants in and about the downtown area.
    The management team was excellent about keeping us informed of any maintenance or repairs that would be ongoing in the condo complex so that we were not inconvenienced.
    It was nice that they provided us with information regarding attractions and events available to us during our stay.
    I would highly recommend New Braunfels Escapes and the Camp Warneke complex to my family members and friends without hesitation. We're looking forward to spending next winter with them as well.

    This condo was perfect for our family of 6! We ubered to the float rental place; the float ends at the condo. So we just threw our tubes in the Texas Tubes truck and we were home! Ready to cook lunch or dinner!! Well stocked house! Very clean! Great beds and pillows!

    An excellent condo with 2nd story deck and 3rd story balcony overlooking the Comal river. It had all of the amenities that we needed initially. Great location near the last takeout on the Comal river within walking distance of downtown New Braunfels and the toob chute, right across the street from Schlitterbahn. It's so great that on the day that we checked out we booked it for next winter. The management and service team are readily available to resolve any issue that comes up and assist as needed. A great wonderful winter vacation getaway. Already looking forward to next winter in New Braunfels on the Comal.
