Walk into the foyer and you immediately see the lake, let the stress melt away! The living room has lots of windows allowing the natural light to fill the space with gorgeous lake views. The living room boasts a leather sofa and 2 oversize leather chairs, a great place to relax after a fun filled day on the lake. There are 2 sliding glass doors taking you out to the huge covered deck with ample seating to take in the scenery! The large dining table seats 8 and there is a large island in the fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home including a washer and dryer. Off the dining area is the media room with a leather sofa and a leather love seat with console, 70” Flat Screen TV, DVD and lake views.
To the left of the foyer there is an open space with queen size sofa sleeper and Flat screen TV with a sliding glass door that leads out to the back-porch area. This space sleeps 2 guests and does have a view of the lake. There is a full bath to the right of the front door. The first bedroom on the left is large and has a king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and lake views with a sliding glass door leading out to the porch. The 3rd bedroom has a twin bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. The 2nd bathroom is located by the 3 guests’ rooms. The spacious master bedroom at the end of the hall has a king size bed, a full size sofa sleeper with an en suite full bath. Claw foot tub and a large walk in shower, sliding glass door onto the porch and great views of the lake. This property has a Propane grill. There is a fire pit (no fire wood provided). The water access is shared with the Core of Engineers.
***Ease of entry into the lake varies based on the individual and the water level.*** Stairway to lake is shared with neighbors as is the firepit and bench waterside.
Great for family get-together, no parties allowed, quiet residential neighborhood with quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 am. Space to park 5 vehicles. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of some homes are monitored by video camera.
With boat ramp 7 just down the street, it's easy to get the jet skis and boat out on the water for an afternoon of fun and relaxation with your family and friends. After your day on the water come home to spend the evening entertaining on the spacious decks. Take your morning coffee on the deck and watch the neighborhood wildlife- deer, birds, and foxes, visiting the feeders or looking for handouts. Sleeps 13. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. NO PARTIES NO SMOKING NO PETS. This home has a maximum occupancy of 13 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
