Interested in tubing or just kicking back for a restful vacation as you listen to the sounds of the river below the beautiful deck? If so, this home is perfect for you. It is located at Cliff View Condos (#16) on River Road near New Braunfels, Texas and sits on 300 feet of Guadalupe River frontage directly across from a beautiful cliff on the river between the 2nd and 3rd River crossings. You will have DIRECT RIVER ACCESS, so it is perfect for playing or just relaxing as you watch others float in the river below. The pebble beach is nothing short of FANTASTIC!!! You can enter the river right off the pebble beach and exit at a variety of places up & down the river, there are shuttle services available to return you to the property. The pebble beach is also perfect for playing or just relaxing as you watch others float in the river below. Also, if you enjoy live music, the property is short drive to River Road Ice House & Gruene Hall. This home does not have a river view. Interested in fishing? This is the perfect place for you! The Guadalupe River at the 3rd crossing is stocked with trout starting December 1st! Best fly fishing in the off season.

This newly constructed luxurious 4 bedroom /3 bath home sleeps 12 guests comfortably. Open kitchen/dining/living room with many extra amenities. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home including a Keurig 12 cup & K cup combo coffee maker. Owners have provided a child's highchair and Pac N Pay for convenience. Granite counter tops with a large island for extra seating in the full kitchen which includes dishes, all appliances and cookware. It also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen smart TV and an en suite bathroom. There is a private porch off the master bedroom with beautiful views of the cliffs. I great place to have your morning coffee and enjoy the wildlife. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed. The guest bathroom is conveniently located by the guest’s bedroom. Downstairs is the 4th bedroom. It has 2 twins and a twin over twin bunk bed. There is also a full bath in the downstairs room. There is a charcoal grill. and corn hole to use as well.

There are tube rentals (during Summer months) next door at Cap's Crossing. A shuttle back from Lone Star Float house provides a perfect afternoon float trip. Additionally, there is a large rock beach a short walk from the house and a deep natural swimming hole there as well. You may even spot goats at breath taking heights in the mornings. A large car port is the perfect spot to toss washers and catch a break from the sun. The beach is private as you are in a gated community with other vacation renters. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No smoking, no parties, no pets. The maximum occupancy is 12 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. NO RV's, trailers, ATV's or tents allowed. You can park 4 cars at the home, and another 2 cars at the extra parking.
This cabin is one of the 8 Moo Cow Cabins.
To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home may be monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

  We planned this trip with our good friends. We have 2 toddlers (3&5) and they have to little ones (3&1). This spot was great river access for families with little ones! We were able to let them play in the river without it being too deep or dangerous. The only downside is we didn't use the bedroom on the first floor because we were too worried about leaving either kids down there overnight or one of us separating from our kids upstairs. This would be great for teenagers who want their own space. There is no bathtub anywhere (so be prepared with little ones). But overall a great stay. Will book again.

  We stayed during a very busy weekend. Memorial Day is a busy time for this section of the river. The cabin itself is nice, comfortable and has all the amenities listed. It does not have wifi. We were satisfied with our stay but do wish we had chosen another weekend to enjoy to river. The cabin is central to several different attractions, so we were able to enjoy the weekend even without spending much time on the river itself.

  We arrived for a last minute trip to the river with friends. Four adults, two teens, two young children, and one toddler.

  The home was the perfect size for everyone to be comfortable and relax after two days of floating the river and Schlitterbahn.
  
  It was nice to have a grill provided for cooking out.
  Short walk to the river for quiet morning coffee or you can enjoy it on the deck.
  
  Large kitchen with everything we needed.
  
  Close proximity to all the good stuff (Gruene, Schlitterbahn, Lazy L&L to float)

  We had a group of 11 stay at this house for Memorial Day weekend. It was perfect! Clean, great location, plenty of space. Would absolutely stay here again! No issues that needed to be resolved. Although there is no Wi-Fi in the house, we were all able to connect with the information provided on day of check in.

  This property was GREAT! It was a short walk or drive down to the river. Location was so nice! There wasn't anyone other than condo renters in the area down by the river. Overall great house! We will definitely be returning. I would say make sure you bring extra trash bags.
