This is a family friendly complex. Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced between 10 PM- 9 AM.

These 2 condos are in the perfect spot for a weekend get away on the Guadalupe River! Second floor condos, with vaulted ceilings and double sliding glass doors, that are floor to ceiling, opening out to a gorgeous patios with spectacular views of the river. Perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or finishing the day with a glass of wine. With direct river access you’ll want to spend your afternoons tubing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming or simply relaxing in a chair in the water watching tubers go by. Rio Guadalupe Resort is located right next door to rent tubes. You can also take a dip in our brand new pool. There is something to do for everyone. This complex has covered parking for one vehicle and an elevator.

These condos are impeccably decorated and come fully furnished. Both living rooms have amazing views of the river and open out to fabulous covered patios with comfortable seating. Both kitchens are fully equipped including toaster, blender, coffee maker, and more. Each master bedroom has a king size bed, Flat screen TV as well as a private bathroom. Two of the guest bedrooms have a queen size bed, in the remaining 2 bedrooms condo 203 offers two twin beds and condo 204 has a twin over full size bunk bed with a twin trundle. Guest bathrooms are located conveniently near the living room and guest rooms. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. These condos sleeps 14 comfortably in beds. Bring an air mattress to accommodate 2 additional guests for a total of 16.

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo comes with 4 parking passes and 16 wristbands. If you have more that 4 vehicles there is additional parking less than 1 mile away. No trailers, campers or RV's allowed. No portable grills or open flames. No smoking inside the condo or on the patio. No pets allowed. Family friendly condo with no tolerance for profanity or vulgar music. Maximum occupancy 16 guests, not to be exceeded at anytime. No daytime guests allowed. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $3000.

**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces.

  We float the river every year for my husbands birthday. This is our second year staying at Rio Guadalupe and we plan on making this our destination every year going forward. Management company is so easy to work with. Property is beautiful and safe. Units have everything you need for your stay. Grocery store and liquor store are both very close. You can float and get right out at the condos.

  Our extended family rented both condos where the balconies connect. Both condos were very clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient to a small grocery store and to the Guadalupe river. It was very quiet there and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night and looking at the river. The river there is very shallow and the smaller kids played down there for hours. We also enjoyed the pool. It was sparkling clean and had plenty of chairs for lounging and a covered little porch area. One of my suggestions for the condo we stayed in (I forgot the number), but our silverware was tiny. The regular forks were smaller than a normal salad fork. Also, there were no large bowls for mixing. We also only got one trashbag and had to supply our own trashbags. There was also no full length mirror. But, these were minor things and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

  It's always a great place to stay. Walking distance to tubing rental. Float right back to condo, so no one has to drive.
  The property description is very accurate. Very well maintained and clean. We had an issue with the bathtub not draining well, contacted New Braunfels Escape and it was fixed within a couple of hours.
