Come celebrate the history of New Braunfels in this spacious and well located 2BR-2BA Haus. Original German Brick Fachwerk Haus built in 1880 on New Braunfels original farmer's market that is now the quaint Market Plaza Park. The main house has a large living area with amble living room furniture including sleeper sofa and large smart TV. The separate dining room has a wooden table and seating. Fully stocked kitchen with an island and all the items you will need to feel at home. The master bedroom features a king size bed, sofa sleeper and SmartTV with an attached bathroom and enclosed porch with full windows and beautiful sunlight. The original Fachwerk German brick can be seen in the master bedroom's enclosed sunroom porch. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the guest bathroom is conveniently located close to the guest room and main living space. There is an extra interior room that is small and ideal for yoga, suitcase storage or children's playtime across the hall from the laundry/powder room with additional sink. Charming back yard with a screened in porch, antique garden and walkways with charcoal grills. 444 Tubing Company is only 400 feet from the house. Corner tubes is less than a half a mile. Parking for 3-4 vehicles only with 1-2 in the driveway depending on the size of vehicle and 2 on the street with provided parking passes to be returned at the end of the stay. Street parking passes required May-September.
This property is dog friendly with a 2 pets maximum at $25 per day per dog. Please make sure your breed is not on the City of New Braunfels do not rent to breed list. Dogs must be on leash when outside the house and are not allowed on the furniture. No smoking. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Owner sometimes stays in the garage apartment that is completely separate from the house. The house and garage apartment have privately fenced and separate yards. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. This property includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500. There is also a Pack & Play available.
