Beautiful 5/4 home in a quiet residential area of Canyon Lake! Newly remodeled multi level home with fabulous deck space and lake views!! Enjoy sunrise and sunsets from this gorgeous home!! NO PETS NO PARTIES. Quiet hours are strictly enforced. Basketball court hours 8 am-10 pm.

The open living room/dining area is the perfect place for games and family fun in the evening. Lots of windows allowing natural light to fill the space! The living room has smart TV (no cable) and hi speed internet. The dining area has a large table with seating for 8 and 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar. Spacious kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and all new upgrades. Fully equipped with everything you will need to feel at home including a washer and dryer! The spacious master bedroom has a Serta Sealy adjustable King with an attached bath, shower with sitting bench, double sinks, commode and skylight. The master has a private deck with lake view. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a Twin over Twin bunk. The 3rd bedroom has a King bed. The guest bathroom is conveniently located between the 2 guest rooms. Under the main house there is a studio apartment (separate entrance) with a queen bed and a Twin over Queen bunk bed. This space has a fridge, microwave and sink as well as a full bathroom. Downstairs is a game room (separate entrance), with a 65 inch Smart TV, foosball, board games and more! The game room has been expanded to include a full bath and 2 Twin over Twin bunk beds. The addition is 700 sq ft. The game room can be accessed from the driveway and also from the apartment. Basketball net and concrete pad added! The house is on stilts to accommodate for lake views, with ample seating on the top deck. This is the perfect vacation home! Great for family get-together, no parties allowed, residential neighborhood with quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 am. Parking available for a boat or jet skis (no trailers or RV's allowed) or space to park 5-6 vehicles. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.

With boat ramp 7 just down the street, (all boat ramps to Canyon Lake are currently closed due to lake levels) it's easy to get the jet skis and boat out on the water for an afternoon of fun and relaxation with your family and friends. After your day on the water come home to spend the evening entertaining on the spacious deck while the kids enjoy the downstairs game room. Take your morning coffee on the deck and watch the neighborhood wildlife- deer, birds, and foxes, visiting the feeders or looking for handouts. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 16 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. NO PARTIES NO SMOKING NO PETS. This property includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500.

    WE had such a great time! The house was beautiful and I loved all of the space and beds. Would suggest finding a way to make the apartment cooler as luckily i brought myself an extra fan and we had to bring the fan from the master room downstairs as well. But everywhere else cooled off perfectly!

    We enjoyed our stay here very much Everything about the house was perfect. It was clean and there was nothing we needed. The beds and sofas were very comfortable. It felt like home! Truly.
    We had deer visiting us every day! The kids loved the basketball court! The pool table was not so great but that’s so minor.
    Access to the lake is close by.
    If you can’t climb stairs, this might not be the house for you. I got some exercise! Haha But, this is my favorite stay of any so far.
