The great room is huge with 2 story ceilings, large windows, fireplace and comfy seating with cable TV and free internet. There is a half bath just off the living room. The master bedroom is located downstairs with a king size bed, large closet and full bath with deep soaking tub and handicap accessible shower. Make your way upstairs to find 2 additional bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bath. The first bedroom has 2 twin size beds and the second bedroom has a full size bed. Bring an air mattress or tent for the little ones and this house can accommodate 8 guests Relax on the back porch with a glass of wine or your morning coffee and take in the beauty of songbirds and deer. The large back yard has plenty of space for your dog to enjoy. Quiet neighborhood great for families and romantic getaways, it is an artist's paradise!! NO parties allowed.
The original owner of this family home is a founding member of the New Braunfels Art League. The springtime wildflowers and the German influenced architecture are frequent subjects of her paintings. Besides being a recipient of numerous awards, she is a Purple Sage signature member of the Texas watercolor Society and her painting adorn the walls of this farmhouse. We have a portfolio of her work in the house and her lovely paintings are for sale.
8 miles to Natural Bridge Caverns, this house is sitting on unexplored caves! Only 10 miles from restaurants, shopping and a grocery store. 11 miles to Schlitterbahn, Gruene Hall, charming downtown New Braunfels, the Comal and Guadalupe River and much more.
Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. 2 dog maximum with a 40lb weight limit, $25 per dog per day. You can park 4 vehicles at this home. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This home includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500.
