Experience all the comforts of home in this 2-bedroom 2 bath condo at T Bar M that sleeps 7. It is the perfect escape from the day to day grind. This second floor condo overlooks the tennis court and comes with 2 rackets and tennis balls. Located only 10 minutes from Schlitterbahn, the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers! Kick back and unwind from the day’s activities in the spacious living room with a queen size sofa sleeper and a dining table that seats 6 with 2 seats at the breakfast bar or cook up a meal in the fully stocked kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and attached full bath. The guest bedroom has a full size bed and a twin. There is cable TV in both bedrooms as well as the living room and free internet. Enjoy the onsite tennis court or take a dip in the swimming pool. There are communal charcoals grills near the pool and picnic areas too. Stroll through the oak trees on stone lined paths. T Bar M is just minutes from charming down town New Braunfels and Historic Gruene. Perfect for families and couples. We have another unit at this complex #406 that sleeps 6. If you have a group of 15 these two condos would be perfect! This condo has a maximum occupancy of 7 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500.

    The condo was clean and well equipped with board games, towels and blankets. The only unfortunate thing is that the pool was closed the whole week. That completely put a damper on our trip. We also did not get notified about it.

    The rental was in a nice area, was clean, and spacious. The manager was extremely helpful to make sure I was checked in. The rooms and showers were clean. The queen bed was comfortable. The full and single mattresses need to be replaced. The dryer lint vent kept falling out into the dryer when it was in use. If you plan on cooking make sure to bring EVERYTHING including basic spices. We purchased salt and pepper and left them there for the next person. The fridge does not get extremely cold but there was tons of ice in the freezer for your drinks!

    My husband and I stayed here for four months Winter 2020. This review is for long-term stay.
    From our first contact with Amanda until we left in late April, we had a great experience. (Even considering the COVID-19 crisis) Phone calls to NBE were answered immediately. Concerns or issues were addressed promptly!
    Check-in was a breeze, instructions were easy to understand.
    The complex area was beautiful. Deer on a daily basis. As Spring arrived, we were happy to see butterflies flitting in the fields of wildflowers. Birds were plentiful! We also saw coyotes, foxes, anoles, geckos, walking sticks. We walked the many roads and trails every day.
    The neighbors were kind and welcoming.
    The condo itself was set up nicely for a long-term stay. Though it is a turn-key set-up, we did bring along our own comforts away from home.
    Do be aware: a fireplace is advertised as one of the amenities. It is specifically prohibited to use it.
    The condo was roomy and comfortable. It was ready for our occupancy when we arrived. The few days supplies of soaps, shampoos, kitchen soaps, etc. was a nice touch.
    The two balconies were set up nicely for relaxing, nature watching, etc.
    Overall, we loved our time at 208 T Bar M. So much so, that we have already booked for five months next winter!

    The condo was very nice and accommodated 7 guests perfectly. It was very clean and nicely decorated. It was close to restaurants and a HEB grocery store. The price was also very reasonable.
    The communicated before our arrival was excellent! Will definitely stay here again!
