This 3/2 condo at Rio Guadalupe Condominiums is in the perfect spot for a weekend getaway on the Guadalupe River! Direct River access! Second floor condo, with vaulted ceilings and double sliding glass doors, that are floor to ceiling, opening out to a gorgeous patio with comfortable seating and a Weber Propane Grill. The patio offers spectacular views of the river. Perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or finishing the day with a glass of wine. You’ll want to spend your afternoons tubing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming or simply relaxing in a chair in the water watching tubers go by. Rio Guadalupe Resort is located right next door to rent tubes. You can also take a dip in our brand new pool. There is something to do for everyone. This complex has covered parking for one vehicle and an elevator.
This condo is impeccably decorated and comes fully furnished. The living room has an amazing view of the river and opens out to a fabulous covered patio. The couch in the living room folds out into a queen size sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped including toaster, blender, coffee maker, and more. The dining table seats 4 and there are 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a king sized bed as well as a private bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second guest room offers a twin over full size bunk bed. Guest bathroom is located conveniently near the living room and guest rooms. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. The condo sleeps eight comfortably. The living room and master bedroom offer cable TV and the guest rooms have smart TV's with spectrum cable app as well as free WiFi.
Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo comes with 2 parking spots and 8 wristbands. If you have more than 2 vehicles there is additional parking less than 1 mile away. No trailers, campers or RV's allowed. No portable grills or open flames. No smoking inside the condo or on the patio. No pets allowed. Family friendly condo with no tolerance for profanity or vulgar music. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.

**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces.
