This fabulous 2/2 condo at Inverness Condominiums is located right on the Comal River and just across the street from Schlitterbahn. Rockin' R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up 2 lots down from Inverness Condos between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that time period, the Rockin' R shop is located only 1/2 mile away. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is the perfect spot for an amazing vacation. Owners have installed new wood laminate floors, no more carpet! The master bedroom has a King size bed and Smart TV with a private bath. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and is conveniently located next to the guest bathroom. There is a patio with views of the Comal River. There is also a futon in the living room that sleeps 2. The open living/ kitchen area is the perfect place to gather in the evening. Free WIFI and smart TV in the living room for streaming any service you subscribe to. This condo has a Keurig coffee maker. All bedrooms and bathrooms come stocked with high quality linens. Look no more, this is the condo for you!

You are provided 2 parking passes, one for a numbered covered spot and a second for general parking. This condo is on the second floor and there is an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. Guests will be provided with 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!

    Clean and beautiful area to stay. Families and adult crowds mingle by the Camal river entrance where a pool and hot tub reside. Bungalow was stocked with kitchen supplies and a few cleaning supplies. Near by to grocery stores and restaurants. A Dance hall and Shlitterbahn water park are within walking distance. We enjoyed your stay and would definitely come back!! Thanks New Braunfels Escapes for making my birthday trip one to remember!

    This was a very convenient condo on the Comal. There were all the amenities that we needed. We could stop along our float and drop things off or refill the ice chest if needed. We weren't left wanting anything more. The property was undergoing some renovations during our stay that we had to be gone for, but we had no problem with that. Overall, a great stay.
